After a successful 3 year anniversary party in October we wanted to say thank you to you all, for you continued dedication with us at safe strength! Across 3 years there have been many clients training so even if you weren't able to join us for the event this thanks goes out to you all.
On the evening you all chatted, nibbled and listened with great intent. We had the successful quiz winners, vast array of awards best improved pull down, to coolest cucumber. Every part of the event you showed a great reception and it was fantastic for us to observe such a buzzing atmosphere with most of you meeting for the first time. (see the photos below!)
Looking ahead we hope to run more events in the future, with perhaps seminar style evenings open to all so we can share latest research and the effects of exercise, particularly in our niche of high intensity resistance training. Keep an eye out!

Just want to say Sophie & I are proud of how all our clients' have been handling the heat! The 3x fans in the studio have been working nearly as hard as they have. We've made little modifications to workouts here and there and everyone has been able to make progress - including last Friday - in their sessions despite the conditions.
Call now to connect with business.

Attention grabbing article this week. Everything in the article is thoughtful, though if you know how to do it 30 minutes of strength training will do instead of the 90 minutes suggested by the author 😉
