They include, redesign of the outfield, new mats, new balls, coaching team, full custom-fit centre, online booking system.

6 Choose which bay you would like to use – then press next

Part-Time weekend worker required

We are looking for one person to cover Saturday’s and Sunday’s 8.30a.m. – 5.30p.m.

We are a busy Golf Driving Centre in Chepstow. We currently require a part time Receptionist to start the first weekend in July which is 6th and 7th. Our preferred Candidate should be polite, have excellent organisation and time management skills and have previous experience working in a public facing role.

You will be answering the telephone, greeting clients coming into the golf centre, making appointments and organising the diaries of golf coaches and custom fitting, managing email and mail correspondence, taking payment, keeping the facilities tidy, along with basic admin duties which will include some social media work.

Requirements
• Able to cope with peak demands and changing priorities and work well in team
• Enthusiasm to learn/improve skills
• Excellent customer and client care service skills
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Good communication skills and a confident, friendly and outgoing manner both over the phone and in-person

Salary minimum wage age depending. It will be dependent on age.

Job Type: Part – Time on a zero-hour contract looking to make permanent, ASAP

I have now left Chepstow Driving Range it is now under new management.

The future for the range looks fantastic- make sure to visit on the open weekend 29/30 June see the changes.

So “Single / One plane golf will be that much more difficult to find in the U.K. - for those who have taken up Single Plane Golf I wish you continued success at it.

It has been a mixed bag of experience and emotions and dam hard work trying to run a range, for all those that supported me thanks - I was very pleased to be able to bring TRACKMAN range to Chepstow.

My next move is uncertain but look out for “Single plane in Spain” Sangri and golf GET IT ON.

Chepstow Golf Centre has a vacancy for a part time green keeper / managing the range facilities.

Jobs include :

Cutting the outfield
Help generate targets and definition with cutting.
Help generate a better short game area.
Cut the outfield hitting bays.
Managing the ground
Maintain the machinery.
Collect the balls from the outfield.

24 – 30 hours per week.
