Brilliant to see so many at training tonight. Great session preparing the black tags and black belt for their up coming grading. Well done to our new members for some excellent floor work and pad work. We also welcomed Mr Pole back from his successful promotion to IV Dan this weekend. Congratulations also to Senior Master Sahota for his promotion to VIII Degree. 🥋
