Did you know we have a library of information in our ‘Plodcast’ series? Just go to Apple Podcasts and Search 'Plodcast'.....funny enough I think we are only one!! and search menu for the topic you want. This is one is on Achilles pain.
During a quiet coffee break we had a look at the download data, and realised how popular they were, and we had forgotten how useful patients found it.
Life (COVID, Kids, Work etc) has ment there is been a bit of a break, so we are planning discussion new topics. Please leave a comment if there is a subject you would like us to cover.

Early and busy starts over the next few months. Complex shoulder surgery in athletes needs specialist rehabilitation to maximise recovery and return to rugby….thankfully onsite rehab is at these state of the art facilities
