British Water Ski & Wakeboard is a sport governing body and membership organisation funded by its members for the benefit of its members.

The fourth and final day started with trick finals, followed by slalom and then jump at the 2026 IWWF European and Africa Over 35 Waterski Championships in Fischlham, Austria 🇦🇹

The following Brits secured medals:
- Lois Farrow (+65 jump - Gold and +65 overall - Gold)
- Eleanor Benjamin (+35 jump - Silver, +35 slalom - Gold with a PB of [email protected] and +35 overall - Silver)
- Kelly Atkins (+45 slalom - Gold and +45 overall - Silver)
- David Hawley (+70 jump - Silver and +70 overall - Silver)
- Juliet Thompson (+75 tricks - Gold)
- Lorraine Sizer (+45 jump - Gold and +45 overall - Gold)
- Rodney Rowlands (+65 jump - Bronze)
- Simon Wooldridge (+45 jump - Bronze)

Team GB also came away with Team Gold 🥇

Twelve-year-old Lara Cosgrove is a European Waterski Champion. She won gold in the Under-14 Girls' Slalom at the IWWF Europe & Africa Youth Waterski Championships in Agrinio, Greece, over the weekend!

Isabel Cosgrove won silver in Under-17 Girls' Tricks and bronze in Under-17 Girls' Overall.

Harley Coster also won bronze in Under-17 Boys' Jump and Slalom.

The Under-17 British Team – made up of James and Issy Cosgrove, Harley Coster and Charlie Fearn - finished third overall out of 21 teams to take the Team bronze, making six medals for GB in total.

Congratulations to the medal winners and to all the athletes in the U17 and U14 GB squad who competed at the 2026 IWWF Europe & Africa Youth Waterski Championships in Agrinio.

Seven GB cable wakeboarders are in Slovakia for the 2026 IWWF European & African Youth and Senior Cable Wakeboard and Wakeskate Championships.

The opening ceremony takes place on Tuesday 25 August, with the competition getting underway on Wednesday.

The British team selected are:
- Noah Barrett
- Jessie Saunders
- Amber Flegg
- Finnley Barker
- Samuel Rozputynski
- Karena Clayton
- Stephanie Williams-Caller

Kieran Saunders will be travelling with the squad as GB Team Captain.

The athletes are among 174 competitors who will test their skills on the features and obstacles at the Wakelake cable park in Bratislava.

Ten British waterskiers are heading to Greece to represent their country at the 2026 IWWF Europe & Africa U14 and U17 Waterski Championships.

The two competitions are being held together at Stratos Lake, Agrinio, Greece, from Wednesday, 19 to Sunday, 23 August.

The U14 British team selected are:
- Lara Cosgrove (overall)
- Buddy Carrington (tricks)
- Isabella Neale (overall)
- Etienne Barron (overall)

The U17 British team selected are:
- Isabel Cosgrove (overall)
- James Cosgrove (overall)
