Good morning.
The weather is gorgeous this week, so I've decided I'm going to run a Yang Yoga session in Waverton Park (Chester) this Thursday at 7p.m.
It's £10 per participant - let me know if you would like to come - you can bring a mat - or practice it without.
It's going to be a lovely class - releasing the fascia and building strength, setting you up for a good night's sleep.

Stress is the biggest insider threat to your workforce.

I am teaching a beginners yoga class this evening at 7p.m. at my gorgeous Yoga studio in Saighton Camp, Chester.
This 90 minute class includes a talk about Yoga, where I will explain the different types of Yoga, the history as well as getting you on your mat and doing a gentle Yoga flow.
We will start with stretching and breathing, before working in a sun salutation and some core work, followed by a glorious body scan and Savasana.
Yoga has so many health benefits as well as giving you a leaner, more flexible body, it is great for reducing depression, anxiety and perimenopause symptoms.
It's £15 per participant and there are only 3 spaces left, so if you are interested then please do book your space as soon as you can in order to not miss out.

The weather forecast looks fab for teaching Yoga in the Park today at 6.30 p.m. at Waverton Park (by the canal), Chester.
The class is going to be an active Vinyasa class - lots of twists, lunges, wheel, shoulder stand etc.
