CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: Natalie 🔥🔥

Natalie came to me 4 months ago wanting to feel stronger and more confident in herself.

Before working with me, she was only confident on the treadmill and the resistance machines far away from the free weight section, or as she says “ the mens section”.

With the help of my programming and nutrition guidance, I helped her not only lose 6kg and 10.5cm around her waist, but she has built her confidence in the free weights section! Now, she can confidently do a whole workout in there by herself!

So many women aren’t confident enough going into that area alone. Even I did at once!

But now my passion is to show women that they belong in the weights section of the gym, and not just on the cardio machines!

Protein is satiating. Making sure that you have enough in your diet can keep you fuller for longer and help with portion control 🍳🍗🧀

Aim to get a hand sized portion of protein on your plate for all your meals and you’ll be feeling much fuller from your meals!
