To be totally honest I signed up to the G Force camp feeling like the absolute weakest link, having not done any ‘proper exercise’ for a VERY long time! I was terrified 😬 but it was an epic adventure I’m so glad I didn’t miss!

The itinerary was perfectly planned by G and activities were tailored to accommodate the whole group… not just the fitties! 🤣

Everything is organised including the food - we were truly spoilt by Dan and his gastronomic delights!

I have so many amazing memories, it’s hard to choose my favourite bit…..the river/gorge walk was a highlight as was the kayaking and Via Ferrata - a scrambling climb of cables, ladders, rope bridges and zip lines. Completing it was a particular personal achievement.

Best time with the best people.

If you’re thinking about it…do it….I guarantee you will love it!

This time there’s an option for you to join me, get involved. Raise money for charity , be it the one I’ll be raising for or your own choice

On the tv show , Saf asked me ‘why do you do you do it?’ . My reply ‘because I can, so why wouldn’t I? ‘

What I’m looking at planning, ain’t easy but can be done with a bit of training .

TV Debut
