Not Just a Client
Today, I said goodbye to more than a client. I lost someone who became part of the heart and soul of what I do.
In a small business like mine, clients aren’t just names on a schedule or people in a class they become friends, motivators, supporters. They show up not only for themselves but for us too. We get to know their stories, their families, their favorite exercises (and the ones they’d rather skip), and we watch them grow stronger not just physically, but in spirit.
Losing someone to cancer is devastating. It’s cruel and unfair. And while I grieve the loss of this soul, I’m also filled with deep gratitude. Grateful for the laughs we shared, the courage they showed, and the quiet strength they brought to every session….even on the hard days.
Their presence will be missed in the studio, but their imprint remains and the reminder that what we do here is about so much more than movement it’s about connection.

NEW WEDNESDAY EVENING CLASS is now LIVE⚡️
Starts Wednesday 20th November 6.30pm.

Aimed at beginners but you will still be challenged if needed !
Great class to start if you have had a break from Pilates too and want to give yourself a reminder of the things you love about Pilates and wake those muscles up again 💪
It is run in a four week block along side my other classes to give you the best start on your Pilates journey and a consistency so you master the art of the exercises correctly.
Next year this class will then Merge into my other mat classes in the swop system so gives you full access to all mat classes if a swop Available.
My colleague Jo will be running this class.

Due to demand and a waitlist for classes CG Pilates will be opening up a new class to guide clients through the basics of mat Pilates exercises.
