Something a bit different! 8 weeks ago I filmed a sit down podcast with who has lost 150lb so far. That’s going live on my main YouTube channel today 4pm GMT.

Today we filmed a follow up podcast but this time did it in the gym catching up during a workout together. Aiming to release this one next week of edit goes smoothly!

We start Strong in 20 in one week.

I don’t think you should rely on motivation.
But when it’s there, you should use it.

The days between Christmas and New Year are a rare window.

A reset. A chance to plan before January gets busy.

Strong in 20 is simple by design.

Dumbbells. Strength training. No over-complication.
Something you can realistically stick to alongside work, family, and real life.

Over the next week, do three things:
• Decide what time of day you’ll train
• Make sure your dumbbells are ready
• Commit to starting Monday & invite a friend (tag in comments)

We did it 200K YouTube Subscribers!

It’s been a big year for me. I started the year at 100k subs, juggling posting weekly YouTube content, further developing & adding to the TPT studio, running my physical gym premises and also doing in person personal training.

Finishing the year having just closed my gym after 10 years (to focus on the online content / family / free up space for new projects), hit 200k subs on YouTube, TPT virtual studio going great & I’ve reduced my in person training to a small (but awesome) selection of clients.

I’m not the fastest growing, or the biggest channel but 5 years of consistently posting 1-2 workouts every week on YouTube has been well worth it.

I’ve stuck to creating workouts I actually do myself to develop strength and mobility instead of following trends or looking for maximum views.

I always aim to bring my 14+ years personal training experience to my workouts providing tips and adjustments I’ve learned over the years.

Thanks to everyone who comments, I get very little negativity & genuinely enjoy reading and replying to as many people as possible.

A big thanks to the YouTube members ‘VIP subscribers’ & especially the TPT studio members. Without you it would not be possible to afford the time keep creating regular content.

I have big plans for 2026 for both YouTube and for the TPT virtual studio which I’m excited to share.

As usual I’ll continue to show behind the scenes content here on Instagram.
