Saughall Free Movement and Dance

Sessions run by former professional dancer Gregory Mauree of Tanz Graz (Graz, Austria) and Ballet Actuel (Toulouse, France). A Former pupil of The Royal Ballet School and The Hammond School.

Classes of Free Movement will incorporate a wide range of dance styles with an aim to give the participant an ability to learn and perform any and all dances they may choose. Benefits of this will include:
Increased strength and flexibility
Improved coordination
Freedom of creativity
Greater understanding of many forms of dance

Classical Ballet classes will have the traditional format of free class and will be tailored to suit the participant.

Starting on Wednesday 17th July and continuing weekly every Wednesday.
17:00-18:00 Free Movement ages 7 to 12
18:00-19:00 Classical Ballet (12+)
