Boxing Day read, highly recommend the work of Mark Bishop. His work is full of facts and information that opens up many many options in your training, all from someone who has an extreme amount of experience and knowledge.

Before fb goes mad, on behalf of me and the family I would like too just wish everyone a merry Xmas, enjoy the Xmas break, refresh and get ready for 2022 🎄

Good training tonight all, the focus was mainly on b&b belts kumite and kata, Tekki Nidan.
We will continue with the same theme in tomorrow nights 2nd session, so bring all your kumite equipment 👍🥋

The next b&b belt course and grading is scheduled 18th of December and I have to isolate!
So, I’m going to arrange it for a sooner date, it may be mid week but I will make new arrangements.

The last training session at Hoole Dojo will be Monday 20th and resume January 3rd 2022!

I go in to hospital on the 20th and have to isolate before hand, so the last day I will be teaching is Tuesday 14th. 🎄🥋

For those who have been asking Xmas training, I’m just waiting to hear back from venues on opening times. I do usually have some training over the festive season, however I’m back in hospital on the 20th so depending on whether I can teach or not will depend if it’s me or the other seniors.

Will let you all know ASAP 👍
