Jaya is a Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher. She has become passionate about transforming her health – physically, mentally and spiritually.

The Mission of Lifeworx Journey is to help teach people to use their body to learn, grow and live with meaning. We help you explore your own life, to live happier and healthier. Your unique needs are assessed together, and we create a “personal plan” if you wish. Lifeworx offers different modalities, including Yoga & Pilates, Nutrition, Life Coaching, Yoga Therapy, Meditation & Stress Reduction techniques to make life improvements, at the pace that best fits in with you.

What lifts your spirit? What feeds your soul?

Nature is right there....get out and embrace it.....

I just love a strong sturdy Oak tree and it reminds me that when things get tough, I can tap into my own inner strength.

My Dad died unexpectedly when I was 6, and I found solice in the Oak trees then.....and find I return to them when needed.
