Nature is right there....get out and embrace it.....
I just love a strong sturdy Oak tree and it reminds me that when things get tough, I can tap into my own inner strength.
My Dad died unexpectedly when I was 6, and I found solice in the Oak trees then.....and find I return to them when needed.
