It’s been so lovely seeing so many of you join us for our monthly Women’s Mindful Exchange since the start of the year 🤍

Perfect for runners or anyone looking to move better, feel stronger and prevent injury.
This class is designed to support your body both on and off the mat. Expect a balanced mix of strength work to build stability through the legs, glutes and core, alongside targeted stretches to release tight hips, hamstrings and lower back.
We’ll focus on improving mobility, posture and alignment helping to ease common areas of tension that come from running or long days sitting. You’ll leave feeling lengthened, stronger and more supported in your movement.

Sunday Yin to Yang with Cleo
Reset your body and mind for the week ahead ✨
Join us this Sunday at 5pm for a beautifully balanced class designed for those who want a little movement… and a lot of calm.
We’ll begin with a gentle, flowing sequence to build warmth, ease tension and connect with the breath. In the second half, we slow things right down, moving into longer, grounding stretches that invite the body to soften and the mind to settle.
Expect the perfect blend of flow and stillness, leaving you feeling refreshed, rebalanced and deeply relaxed.
