Meet at the studio at 9:40am before we head over to Hoole Park together. A lovely opportunity to enjoy movement and fresh air in nature.

Join us for a relaxed canal walk followed by lunch and/or drinks at The Cheshire Cat.

Did you know we also offer two weekly mat Pilates classes, using a range of equipment to help build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility and support everyday movement.
