Since you’re speaking to 50+ women, I’d keep it warm, welcoming and confidence-building — not “woo party party,” more “come as you are.”

But you’ll definitely get a good workout. Classes are for anybody and everybody. My classes are small about 10 people and everyone is really friendly and welcoming.
