Fun, free bike rides for women Breeze is the biggest programme ever to get more women into riding bikes for fun. We want to change that.
Our aim is to help thousands more women feel confident and comfortable about going on a ride. While cycling is becoming more and more popular in the UK, the proportion of women getting involved is actually declining. We train up Breeze champions who organise fun, social, local bike rides for women.

Friday saw a 'New to Breeze' gentle introductory ride take place from Farndon with a great cafe stop and chat about all things Breeze!
On Monday we had a short evening ride from Farndon, aimed at getting those legs turning and starting the week off well with a 15mile spin around the lanes

'Introduction to Breeze' women's cycle ride this Friday from Farndon, Cheshire. It's an 8 mile circular route on quiet roads fully supported by Lou and new Breeze Champion Alex with a cafe stop halfway.
This is perfect if you haven't been on your bike for ages and would like to have a ride out in a small group and find out more about Breeze.
Any type of bike is fine as long as it works!

We had two lovely rides in Cheshire West this weekend, Saturday was a ride from Neston with Sue as leader to Walkmill.
On Sunday a ride from Farndon around the local lanes with Lou, Jackie and Sandra leading.
Thanks to all the women who attended a ride with us this weekend and hopefully we'll see you on a ride again soon!

Happy International Women's Day! Today we are celebrating all our incredible volunteers and participants who are part of our journey to and provide more opportunities for women and girls to get into cycling in the North West. Thank you!
