Saughall Blades is a Taekwon-Do club in the village of Saughall near Chester at the Vernon Institute; 30 Church Rd, Saughall, Chester CH1 6EN; opposite The Greyhound pub. Monday is all age between 5:30 and 6:30pm, then on Thursday is the adult session between 7:30 and 8:30pm. We are a family friendly club and emphasise not just the martial aspects of the art, but also the sporting side and health

Welcome Back! 🥋
I hope you’ve all had a brilliant Christmas and New Year and are feeling recharged and ready to go. A brand-new term means fresh goals, sharper techniques, stronger patterns and plenty of Taekwon-Do ahead!
We can’t wait to see everyone back in the dojang this evening (Monday 5th January at 5:30pm) — time to shake off the holiday rust, get moving again, and start the year with focus, effort and a few good smiles along the way.
