🎈 The children’s trail was a big hit at our Open Day!

It was great to see so many young explorers taking part, finding clues, and enjoying the centre in their own way. They unscrambled the letters to spell PEOPLE. Of course, this community doesn't exist without people 😊. And the bag of treats helped at the end!

Our NCT group did a fantastic job of providing a safe and fun corner filled with toys for the slightly younger visitors. Thank you NCT mid-Cheshire

A huge highlight from the Open Day was our live performances!

From the incredible energy of the choir to the wonderful demonstrations from our local groups, it was fantastic to see so much talent on display.

These moments really brought the centre to life and gave visitors a real taste of what’s on offer here every week.

What a fantastic day at Tarporley Community Centre!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our Open Day — we welcomed over **100 adults and 25+ children** through the doors, and it was wonderful to see the centre full of energy, conversation and community spirit.

From live performances and demonstrations to meeting local groups, enjoying refreshments, and watching the children explore the trail, the day truly showcased what makes this place so special.

A special thank you to all of our groups and volunteers who gave their time, shared their passion, and helped bring the day to life, we couldn’t have done it without you.

If you visited and would like to get involved in any of the activities you saw, we’d love to hear from you.

It’s the people that make our community centre what it is and Saturday was a perfect reminder of that.

Are you ready to meet RSCDS Cheshire Branch (Scottish Country Dancing in Cheshire) who have been a part of our centre for many years! They will be demonstrating some of their dances on Saturday during our open day. Fancy joining? They will be on hand to introduce you to the group and tell you all about their classes.
