The Pilates core flow I taught last week⚡️
- using the Pilates ball

You'll definitely be connecting to your deep core muscles in these exercises:

Perform slow, controlled, lower back imprinted into the mat and rib cage hugging together ❤️‍🔥

- Slow curl ups, lifting off the ball
- Maintain C shape, toe taps
- Double toe taps - ADD pulses here
- Oblique twist - hover lower leg for X🔥
- Single leg raises in twist
- Leg raises
- Criss cross + add leg raises

'It's giving' a realistic month as a full time Pilates teacher with a part time job and a full time mama to my 1 year old 😁

- Taking a 5 min break between classes🔥 .fitnessstudios
- Evie's 1st Birthday😂😭 party was cancelled because she was so poorly and all her decorations were late arriving👍🏼 (her reaction to us singing happy birthday to her) 🥴
- Galentines with my girlies💘 this was genuinely such a cute night
- Valentine's Day + 8 years with my baby daddy was celebrated at home as Evie was still poorly🙂
- My Friday hot Pilates girlies always ❤️‍🔥
- I passed my reformer Pilates course, juggling A LOT behind the scenes😅 but we did it!🙌🏼
- Nice relaxing baths 🤥
- Spent 9 hours in A&E with Evie, she's genuinely not had a break this month🙃 (I was extremely sleep deprived)😂
- Walked Lenny on my own for the first time in a long time and it was gorgeous ☀️
- Daily day naps (4:30am start times I just can't get use too) 💤
- Admiring the best Dad in the world to our baby girl💘
- Took an hour for myself to be a student at my favourite class with ❤️‍🔥 killed me as always.

Hope everyone's had a gorgeous February, bring on March😅
