I’ll be honest, this wasn’t easy. There were no shortcuts or quick fixes, this was a complete lifestyle overhaul ⏩

Looking back, the girl I used to be was struggling. She was inconsistent, undriven, and caught in a cycle of poor choices and “starting again on Monday” 🙄

But she evolved. She stopped beating herself up over the odd treat or a missed session and started focusing on the big picture. The shift in my health is great, but the shift in my drive and mental clarity is what I’m most proud of. I’ve replaced the “all or nothing” mindset with true consistency and balance 🍎🍕🥦🧁

She’s motivated. She’s present. But most importantly? She is finally HEALTHY🌿💪

If you’re feeling stuck in that same cycle, just know that the first step is often the hardest.. but it’s the best decision you will ever make ✨

Listen, this luteal phase was no joke!
One minute I’m fine, the next I’m rooting through the cupboards at 9pm like I haven’t been fed in 3 years 👹

Yes, I did allow myself the treats my body was craving, but then I had to get strategic.
When progesterone levels rise, our metabolism speeds up and our bodies naturally crave more carbs and sugar. Instead of fighting it, I leaned into foods that actually satisfy:

• Oats: complex carbs to stabilise blood sugar
• Seeds & dark chocolate: magnesium-rich to help with cramps and mood
• High protein: to stay full and avoid the “bottomless pit” feeling

Work with your body, not against it 🫡
