Hello SwingStompers!

A little update as to the goings on at SwingStompers for the future:

This Wednesday (26/10/16) we have a Beginner Balboa class at 7:15pm and a Beginner S**g class at 8:15pm at the Chester Music Theatre. These will be out last Wednesday sessions until further notice but we will still be running our Sunday classes.

This Sunday we have a FREE level 1 session, so tell your friends! After which we have level 2.

There will be no level 3 this Sunday as we have our Halloween Spook-tacular Social dance from 7:15. Get your costumes ready for our spooky costume contest.

Lastly, from Sunday 6th November we will only be having levels 1 & 2 on a Sunday with no other levels of teaching while we restructure our learning pathways and progression plans.

Easter Holidays:
Just a reminder that there are no classes and no social dance on Sunday 27th March. Enjoy the long weekend :-)

Graduations:

We are coming up to another round of graduations. The level 1s and level 2s finished their block of eight classes today, with the level 3s and 4s having their final week this coming Wednesday. Thus, the new blocks begin Sunday 6th March, and Wednesday 9th March.

If you have been a level 1 student and have done the majority of our recent eight classes, and have done all four footwork patterns, ie the Charleston, Tandem Charleston, 8-beat Lindy, and 6-beat Lindy, then it is time for you to move up to level 2 :-) Please move up to level 2 next week Sunday at 7:15pm :-)

Regarding the other levels, we'll let you know when you're ready to move up. We have a wee blurb about the requirements for graduating to each level, on our website at the bottom of Classes page.

Our new schedule begins this Sunday too, with the level 2 classes moving to Sundays at 7:15pm, our weekly social dance moving to 8:15pm, and our Level X class moving to Wednesdays. Please see the schedule below.

It's our Birthday!!! 3 years old today :-)

We've got another FREE level 1 class tomorrow (Sunday) at 6:15pm (teaching 6-beat Lindy Hop), followed by our social dance at 7:15pm. Looking forward to seeing some new faces :-)
