Lapwings. Lovely to see. On the red list but not hard to find if you know where to look. These guys thrive on land where they get the help they need. As a ground nesting bird they suffer from high levels of predation. Areas where the environment is managed by gamekeepers/wildlife mangers, alongside good farming practices lapwings and countless more birds, mammals, insect.... Will be found in higher numbers. Sights like this show how important balances in nature are and how important the roll keepers of the land play in keeping this balance.

Can't beat the old 410
Wild venison from Cheshire and beef mince. What a burger. A simple 50/50 split of quality meat with a bit of seasoning. NO preservatives, e numbers or fillers. Just quality meat, sustainable and local. Keep an eye out on where to buy soon!!
What a find at Onglet/hanger/butchers steak.
Often not found in supermarkets or even butchers shops. One of the most flavoursome and nicest eating steak going. Available at don't miss out on these they are fantastic.

Really worth a visit. Top quality beef available at a really good price. Can't wait to have my steak tonight and got some quality mince to make some Cheshire beef and wild venison burgers over the weekend.
