Tomorrow's 1st team fixture is at home against Espial FC Men’s
This promises to be another good fixture between the two sides so get down and support the lads while enjoying the sunshine.
Massive Shout out to Delkin Collins who has been training with us a while now and adding to his preparation for his first competition privately also.
He has today set a British record at 142.5kg and qualified for the British championships in November.
It's took some work mate and plenty of chats but to see you do this today made us proud.
Keep pushing now lad, we'll done 🏋👍💪👊.

So today was Ben Montecalvo's last day with us here at the Courage PT and Fitness Centre and we wish him nothing but the best for the future.
