On SAT 18th July I will be back offering FREE 20 minute consultations at Outside in Hathersage.

I will be looking to help you understand your feet better and what to look out for when fitting new shoes, be it running shoes, walking or mountaineering boots.

I will be bringing along my Footscan mat for you to walk over and stand which will provide lots of information about how you load your feet and how they work.

Not only is this scan useful for fitting shoes, but it is also a great tool if you are suffering from pain or discomfort or an injury, as it can help identify what might be the cause.
