An essential guide to sports massage for runners - Women's Running

GB Sports Massage has now been operating for 3 and a half years! In that time I have treated runners, triathletes, footballers, and gym goers as well as desk workers and everyone in between!

In these three years I have never increased prices. However, due to increased costs of waxes, oils, towels and life in general I have taken the decision to increase costs from 1 October 2025.

These will increase to £40 for 45 minutes (was £35) and £35 for NDRC members (was £30)

I am however offering a daily slot where the prices will remain at £35/£30 which will be 8am-8:45am Monday-Friday!!

We’re back! After a quiet few months I’ll be at North Derbyshire Running Club monthly “No Walk in the Park” this Saturday! From 8am through till 10:30am I will be offering taster 10-15 minute pre or post race massages so you can see what you’re all missing 😉
There will be an option to make a cash or card donation to Chesterfield FC Community Trust if you so wish! And for every donation made you will receive £5 off your next paid massage 🤑See you there 🏃🏽‍♀️
