Here we are.. bringing Holy Cow to Portugal 🇵🇹

When teaching how to deal with and accept change I always say it’s the gripping on and resisting that causes you the pain, not the actual change.. and this is a lesson I really had to hear myself this last few weeks.

Since closing our studio I’ve found myself gripping on a little, because I love you guys and our community so much. But teaching here and there and moving mats and blocks around from space to space was not making me happy or serving you the best. So when this amazing opportunity was sent to me (Thankyou for the push 😉) it was time to be brave and believe 🙌

So here we are. Running this beautiful house and teaching what I love to a different community. For now.

I will be home at the end of September when myself and Sam will be starting our new venture together, in chesterfield, and having a home again that’s just for us ☺️🙏

I will also be releasing Ttc dates soon along with workshops, special classes and experiences to be shared.

So Thankyou to all of you who sent me the most supportive and heartfelt messages ♥️ and if I have inspired you, in any way at all, to let go of that one little thing that keep’s you stuck.. then im a happy girl 🙏

Have a wonderful summer. Practice practice with all of the amazing teachers you have there and see you when I’m home.

Holy Cow evolves as does everything ♥️

In true Holy Cow spirit let’s have a get together to keep looking forward and enjoy the next chapter.

Our new space is truly beautiful and when you see it for yourself you will be with me in believing the spirit of this building is very fitting for Holy Cow.

We so look forward to seeing you all there. Bring family and friends. is there with their mobile pizza oven and the Nags head is in the car park.

Bring what you like to drink, parking is free or walk if you’re bringing something fizzy.
