A few highlights from today’s PKA interclub tournament 💪

Another tournament. Another great day. Super proud of everyone who stepped onto the mats to test their skill. Not every decision went our way, but everyone fought hard and developed as fighters 👊

Good luck to everyone competing in today’s tournament!

Stepping onto those mats takes courage, and you all have my absolute respect for getting out there and doing it.

You’ve trained hard. Trust your training, put it into action and, most importantly, enjoy yourselves out there.

Go smash it 👊🥊

As coaches, we ask our students to step outside their comfort zones, test themselves, deal with the nerves and put everything they’ve learned into practice.

So, yesterday it was my turn.

I stepped into the ring for my first K1 bout.

Three good rounds, plenty learned, plenty to work on.

Proud to coach. Still proud to be a student of the sport. And always willing to practise what I preach.

A few highlights from today 👊🥊
