The Coach Needs a Plan Too
Before I can help others perform at their best, I need to make sure I'm looking after myself.
As a firefighter, security officer, husband, dad, BJJ coach and athlete, life can get busy fast.
Without a plan, it's easy to drift.
With a plan, I know exactly what I'm working towards.

Today I took part in the Firefighter Challenge in Portsmouth. π
A great event, great atmosphere, and a chance to test yourself against firefighters from across the country.
The result matters, but what matters more is staying capable enough to step up when it counts.
That's why I train.
Not just to look fit.
Not just to lift weights.
But to move better, get stronger and stay capable.
