Kudos to my amazing wife .millson for competing this weekend, after having a few years out to have our beautiful children. A last minute chance came about and she went for it! Not only driving her own ambitions, but a display to our children of courage, determination and to not shy away in difficult situations. As a veteran, Itβs close to the heart to honour our fallen heroes. That's why I'm excited to announce that I'll be leading "Murph Prep Mondays". Every Monday until the end of May to work on our endurance, strength, and technique, all in preparation for the ultimate challenge - the Murph Hero Workout. I'll be sharing tips and tricks on how to tackle it. It's not just about physical preparation, but also about mental fortitude and honouring those who gave everything for our freedom. Voodoo flossing Kirstyβs elbows to regain full range of motion successfully, after years of suffering limited range and discomfort especially under load. Voodoo flossing is a high compression wrap, that when applied over a joint, actually decompresses articular surfaces and joint space to allow greater range of motion to be achieved whilst moving / mobilising surrounding tissues, this improves the sliding surfaces of the fascial layers and any stuck down tissue. Not only that, the nature of blood flow restriction and then reperfusion of the tissues once the band is removed, fills poorly saturated tissues with much needed supply of nutrients for recovery, this improves vascularity of the area over time and aids the lymphatic system to reduce any swelling.

When you train with .train.perform as part of your training you will receive the mobility kit which includes (peanut) and the if you havenβt used them before then you are missing out!
