One on One is the path to success. At the start of every journey, we need to develop strong positive relationships, form good habits, and feel supported. There will be momentum in the other direction. That's inevitable. So working one on one in the beginning of your journey, holds you accountable to your goals.
Your coach has got your back whatever happens. They won't shame or reprimand like we do to ourselves all too often. They are a non-judgemental guide towards your success.

▪Workshop will be led by Andrew Callard BEM OLYSenior G.B coach, former Olympian and Commonwealth Gold Medalist. Accompanied by Skip Callard International Weightlifter and multiple British record holder.
