Just a heads up that we are closed this week Monday 24th & Wednesday 26th as we always close for a week during the summer holidays.

We are back open on bank holiday Monday 31st as normal

Please could every boxer attending the sessions this week bring a water bottle with them, so many boxers turn up to the gym without a water bottle to drink from.

In this heat, staying hydrated is an absolute must.
