PARACISE
classes are so much fun and very popular. If anybody wants to come along and try it (only £5 a class) We work on balance, leg and feet strength, joint mobility, light cardio and co-ordination. PARACISE routines are simple and easy to follow with maybe 3 or 4 moves per track. Set to happy, uplifting, familiar tunes you will forget all your worries and be singing along as you exercise before you know it. 45 mins of movement fun (no matwork all standing

WHAT IS PARACISE?

Paracise is a low impact exercise to music class which can be adapted to suit your needs.

This class is 'all standing' with no floorwork or getting up & down from the floor.

Paracise has numerous benefits for a wide range of people. If you haven't exercised for a while & are looking for a steady paced class to get you moving again; this could be for you 😊
