FLOW & FEAST in the FIELDS 🌻

Join us at the end of July for this beautiful immersive experience. Wander through the sunflowers to a secluded area surrounded by nature, setting up for a 90 minute yin & yang style session. Expect flow yoga, yin, meditation, aromatherapy & savasanna massage (optional as always!) to leave you feeling grounded & rejuvenated. Afterwards we’ll dine picnic style on delicious flavours provided by Luckes - expect to enjoy nourishing hearty salads & Kate’s homemade sweet treats while watching the sunset in the magical surroundings. If you've never tried pilates before now is your chance to have a go with an experienced and lovely instructor to guide you. This time last year I had just worked up the courage to start going to pilates classes - I always thought I wasn't stretchy or bendy enough - and now I go at least twice a week and Katy goes nearly everyday! I realised just last night that my nighttime gratitude practice has slipped recently (which might be something to do with parenting exhaustion 😂) so I’m bringing that back too.
