So many clients have been making huge progress lately. π
started training last year when he signed up for a charity boxing fight. Since then, he has carried on training and not only has got seriously fit, has lost a fair few stone in the process, and is looking goodππͺ
came to see me to make some life changes after she was diagnosed with HPV, a form of cancer. She has completely changed her lifestyle. Training with me once a week for the first few months, and since falling in love with weight lifting, is now a regular member at a gym too. Since the start of this month alone, she has taken 5 inches off her waist, and most importantly, her health is significantly improving. ππͺ
Ian has been with me for over 10 years, living with parkinsons and regularly training to slow down the effects of the disease the best he can. He also has double vision and has had 2 knee replacements. There are no excuses from Ian though. He always puts in the work every week. We had to zoom call our sessions from 2020 and have only just been able to see each other face to face to exercise again for a year. Ian's now lifting and moving the best he has for over 5 years from 1kg single arm rows to 2 x 12kg prone rows πͺπͺ
is getting ready for another charity fight and has got in great shape for it. He's 16kg down from last year and 6kg down from the start of this camp. Most importantly, he's feeling extremely strong, fit, and happy. The Polish powerhouse is ready for his best boxing performance yet.

borthwick is also getting ready for a charity boxing fight, but this will be his first. He's completely knocked the booze on the head and trained like an absolute machine for this fight. He's a stone down in 8 weeks, wakes up every morning before a hard days work, does his own sprints, and training and then comes and sees me in the evenings 4-5 times a week for a 1-1 and boxing classes.π₯πͺ
Well done to everyone for all their hard work and dedication wether you're on this post or not.
