DDPYoga GB is Haydn Walden, the UKs first certified DDPYoga Instructor. Haydn and Lucy are Jigsaw Fitness! We are the UKs premier DDPY Instructors.

Haydn has over 10 years experience teaching DDPY across the world. He has worked with people of all abilities, from professional athletes to broken people with limited mobility. He is director of certification for DDPY and one of the popular instructors on the DDPY Now App. Lucy is a recently certified DDPY Level 1 Instructor. She is a mother of 5 and a nanny of 4. She has battled alcohol addiction and is a DA survivor. Her aim is to help empower all women from all backgrounds.

Suitable for all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner, returning from injury, or already active. Every movement can be adapted to suit you.

Our class schedule each week:

Regular DDPY Burn class, open to anyone
Tuesday - 7pm at Chichester Boys Club

DDPY Rebuild class (chair based and chair assisted fitness classes) for Over 60s or those with limited mobility.
Wednesday - 11am at Chichester Strength and Conditioning in Bosham
Thursday - 12:30 at Roussillon Community Hall, Chichester.
