As you focus and become mindful of each movement, you will feel the physical value as well as enhancing your body awareness.
Pilates is like meditation you can think of nothing else, focus on your breathing and your movements, Take this time to be a little selfish, look after yourself xx
You will need just your mat, your body and your mind!
The class is 1 hour long and suitable for all levels.

Grab your stretchy resistance band for this mixed ability mat class.
Using a band adds resistance to the exercises, making them more challenging and working to strengthen your muscles.
In this class we shall also use the band to support your hips and pelvis, to guide your leg and assist you in some exercises.
The band is fantastic for stretching, improving your flexibility and releasing tension in your body and your mind.
You really will feel 3 inches taller after this class !!
