I have been working hard setting up a new online Pilates Studio PoisedOnline. This will formally launch later this year with our first online course, however the Poised Membership portion of the online studio is already live.

When you first book with Precision Poise I will send you an email to personally welcome you, as well as provide some important information about your class.
Sometimes mail filters can send my email to junk mail 😢 To help prevent this you can add [email protected] to your safe senders list.
If you have made a booking with me for the first time and haven't received your welcome email within 24 hours please check your spam folder and if you still can't find it let me know.

2) Find the class/es you wish to attend in the bookings calendar and follow the on screen instructions to book.
3) Grab your mat and get ready to join us in class. You will receive a welcome email from me after your booking containing all the information you need. I look forward to seeing you in class!

8pm Pilates Mat Progressive: Ideal for those with some prior Pilates experience who would like more challenging work on the mat
