Summer's gone; holidays are over; injuries are fixed. This week I've had the pleasure of seeing two of my favourite returning faces - Zachy and Ellen.

Fresh off the back of a killer 3 weeks in Whistler, Zachy is full of confidence and pushing on nicely.

It's great to see Ellen back on a bike after a nasty injury at the start of the summer. She'll be back up to pace in no time.

Huge healing vibes go out to Ellen Flewitt and Mason - two People I have enjoyed working with greatly, who have both given themselves some new war wounds.

Ellen unfortunately dislocated her shoulder whilst warming up before our session yesterday afternoon.
She's been getting quicker and quicker every week, and is gutted to be missing the National Champs next weekend. She'll be back in no time, and is strong enough to put it behind her.

Mason unfortunately had a whoopsie during practice for this weekend's Megavalanche; breaking his leg and gaining some new Mechano for his troubles.
Once again, I wish him the speediest of recoveries and hope to see him out and about soon.

Another strong week for MTB skills; especially when it comes to leaving the ground!

Both Ellen and Juzzy conquered some demons and improved on their techniques and positioning, and left with new goals to achieve.
Juz does need to slow down on his return loops though - I could barely keep up! 👌🏻

Awesome work from the pair of them.
