Lockdown what a time 😂.. in my uncles garage and hadn’t hit a bag in ages.. he had this little keep fit bag up, so I just started flowing some punches at it..il never forget this moment as it was when I realised that I have a lot left to give to boxing. Plus it triggered an idea..this was believe it or not where the coaching idea began.
