A lovely Sunday walk up to Halnaker windmill with my husband and dogs. Spectacular views and beautiful woodland So lovely walking through the colourful leaves and ending up with a pint before lunch. Perfect 🥰 🌞

I've been fighting a really nasty cough and cold for the last 10 days so haven't felt up to running. But today forced myself out of the door early into the chilly but sunny Chichester weather for a short run. Still a bit short of breath but so nice to enjoy the clean fresh air. Feeling a bit better now. Hopefully I can get into a routine now!
