🍁🍂We are well and truely coming into Autumn now and here are some of the reasons why it’s the perfect time to come along and join us:

⚽️ it’s much cooler out there! Fingers crossed for no more of those crazy heatwaves in 2026🤞
Believe us when we say it is much easier to play when you’re not already sweaty before you get on the pitch!

⚽️beat those winter blues before it starts. Lift those spirits playing! We all know exercise releases endorphins and out group will work that laughter muscle aswell!

⚽️it’s every week! A great way to socialise, isn’t it always fun to know you have your regular weekly football!

👋 On Sunday we did an extra training sessions with the amazing Val Walsh Women's Football Coaching. It was so informative and we all came out of it absolutely knackered, but with so much more knowledge. Can never go wrong with more football!
