Some started later in life.
Some had never done martial arts before.
Some came along feeling nervous.

Now they train, learn, laugh, keep active and support each other on the mats.

🎉 After a mini-break, and the end of the heatwaves, we're back on the mats this evening!
🥋 As always, open mat from 7... and class 7:30 to 9:02...
🌞 If anyone available, Devizes Carnival this Saturday 5th - Budo Club has a small float to walk behind - Lawrence and Roy will be there - need to be in position in Long Street from 5.45 and procession starts 6.00 (Lawrence and Roy will be New Park Street Carpark from 3.30)
