We have to keep giving it a go. It's a Job isn't it ... to keep mobile and to find our strength, especially if you're recovering and rehabilitating, Pilates helps to connect you back to you.

Online works, of course we all want to be able to go to classes in person, it can be isolating online but I really make sure that we have social time after class, & attendees get to know each other. Thank you to one my gorgeous participants for this testimonial kindness.

It will be a wonderful morning there, I will introduce Movement: breath work, Pilates history and fundamentals, we will then have a gorgeous Brunch and a talk by Farm Ed founder followed by a Farm Walk around the farm to discover the kitchen garden, Bees and more, culminating in a Mindfulness practice to round off the morning. So excited to share this and be back in the lovely Cotswolds.

I am always humbled by the feedback from my clients, since moving to online classes during 2020, it was always a risk that it wouldn't be the same, in fact it has moved Pilates into another level I feel..... the feedback speaks for itself and I aim to share more of this here with you lovely people. Whilst in person is beautiful and necessary, having access to online Pilates classes is a game changer for most people to access during their day.

Since beginning my online classes I have shared a phrase with my lovely participants, something that sets the intention for our class together.
