You and Me Supported Living aim to offer an individualised support to adults with Autism or Learning Disabilities.
Walking by a stream has a quiet way of restoring the mind. The sound of flowing water slows racing thoughts, while the fresh air and gentle movement help release stress from the body. Nature invites us to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves in a world that often moves too fast.

10 years ago, it started with one simple idea — the desire to live independently.
Today, You and Me supports 65 people with accommodation and employs 75 incredible staff. What began as one vision has grown into a whole community.
