Bit of a late post Merry Christmas Everyone! Thanks to all my clients for supporting samhartfitness what a great year it has been! Time to recharge but not sure how I am going to do that with cheeky Charlie 🤣

Seeing as it’s been miserable and raining everyday here’s some happy sunny news!

Jenny has been working with me for a year and has lost 22.5kg! She still enjoyed her weekends but kept consistent and now feels confident, happier and has bags of energy!

Well done Jenny Everett you achieved all this whilst running a business and a family with 2 kids 💪🏻👌🏻👏🏻

WOW, what a year at samhartfitness! After a successful year including session delivery, results and charity money raised. It is now time to have a Christmas break from 5:30am starts and 9:30pm finishes. Time to recharge and plan for next year.
