🤠🌵 WANT TO JOIN THE S’HOEDOWN TEAM? 🌵🤠
The Stomping Summer S’Hoedown 2027 Line Dance Weekender is coming to Llangollen Pavilion, North Wales, 20th–22nd August 2027 — and with an event this size, I definitely can’t organise the whole thing myself! 😂
So, I’m looking for a few brilliant people to join me as part of the S’Hoedown organising team.
This isn’t just helping out on the weekend itself — I’m looking for people who would like to get properly involved in bringing the event together.
🌵 Attending monthly planning meetings
🌵 Helping organise and book different parts of the event
🌵 Coming up with ideas and helping make them happen
🌵 Taking responsibility for particular jobs or areas
🌵 Helping with planning and logistics in the run-up to the weekend
🌵 Being part of the team during the event itself
You don’t have to be a line dancer to get involved. In fact, having some non-dancers on the team would be really useful!
I’ll also be looking separately for event volunteers to help over the weekend with things such as registration, the door, wristbands, directing people and generally helping everything run smoothly. So if you’d love to be involved but can’t commit to the organising team and monthly meetings, there will still be an opportunity to help.
