Today’s shout-out goes to one of my gorgeous clients, Nicola Balmer 💕🏃‍♀️

While I was away, Nic took on the Great North Run! a seriously challenging, hilly course and absolutely smashed it! 🙌

She finished with a fantastic time AND a huge smile on her face. 🥰

Her motivation, determination and positive attitude are seriously contagious. She just gets on with it, pushes herself and keeps going and that is exactly what makes her such an inspiration! 💪✨

Back from the best week with the best people ☀️🇬🇷

We’ve had the best time celebrating my hubby and his best friends 50th 🥳 What a week! Sun, sea, good food, lots of laughs and making the best memories together.

As much as I love a holiday, there’s also something nice about getting back into a routine...moving our bodies, eating well and feeling good again 💪🏼✨

No guilt, no “starting again”… just back to doing the things that make us feel our best.
