Calling all Appley Bridge gymnasts! Join us on Sunday, October 18th for our annual Spooktacular Competition! 🤸‍♀️✨

Whether you’re in our beginner recreational groups or in a squad, there is a routine level designed specifically for you. Even if you only joined us this September, you can step onto the floor and shine!

How to Enter:
📝 Pick up an entry slip from your coach (or fill out the one you have).

💰 Return your completed slip with your entry fee by September 26th.

📸 PHOTOSHOOT & CLUB KIT UPDATES! 📸

Hey Appley Bridge Gymnastics family! We’ve got some important updates regarding our upcoming club photoshoot and official kit requirements below. 👇

🗓️ Rescheduled Photoshoot Date
When: Saturday, October 10, 2026 | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Who: Open to ALL members (Pre-school right up to Squads!)

Requirement: Gymnasts must wear an item from the official Appley Bridge Gymnastics Club collection to be a part of the shoot.

⏰ Deadline to Order: Saturday, September 19, 2026

This is also the perfect time to grab your official kit so it arrives with plenty of time for the upcoming Club Championships! 🏆

If you would like to take part please either fill in the form placed in the parents room or send us a message before the 19th of September.

We thought you’d like to get to know the team guiding your gymnasts in your beginner sessions!

🌟 Our Beginner Coach, Nichola! 🌟

Passionate about movement, Nichola is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment for every gymnast. With a focus on building a strong and safe foundation, she brings a wealth of leadership, management, and care qualifications to our gym family—ensuring each child is supported to reach their full potential.

Nichola holds a Level 3 Management Qualification, bringing strong organizational and leadership skills to class operations. She is also a Personal License Holder demonstrating professional standards, trained as a Fire Safety Officer, and holds a Level 2 in Health & Social Care to best support the individual needs and overall well-being of every gymnast.

🌟 Our Beginner Coach, Aimee! 🌟

A member at Appley Bridge for 12 years, Aimee brings a dedicated spirit and a wealth of multi-discipline experience to our gym family.

With a strong dual background in both gymnastics and trampolining, Aimee has an impressive competition record. She has successfully completed all Regional Gymnastics Grades (6-1) in age, represented the NW team at Regional Finals for Trampolining, and even placed 6th in the UK ! 🤸✨

BRIDGE AND BOUNCE- OPEN PLAY

Bridge & Bounce is our parent-led, drop-in open play session designed specifically for under-5s. No rigid routines or forced activities. Just a safe, equipment-filled gym where you and your little one can explore together at your own pace.

You guide their play, while having the space to breathe, relax, and chat with other local parents.

Off-day? Running late? No problem at all, there’s no booking required. Decide on the day and just turn up when you’re ready!

🗓️ Thursdays 9:30–10:15am | £5 per child

First day of cast to handstands is always a mix of "what am I doing?" and "okay, wait, I kind of love this!" Huge shoutout to the coaches who hold us together—literally 🤸‍♀️💗
