Hi all, a little update 💛
I won’t be taking on any new clients until the end of summer as June is now fully booked 🙌
I’m incredibly thankful for all of my clients and your continued support especially those longest clients that trained with me for 6 years now. Running sessions is only part of the job — there’s also lots of planning, admin and behind-the-scenes work too.
Most importantly, I’m also mum to two little ones and with my daughter is starting big school in September, I want to enjoy this summer with them as much as possible ☀️❤️

Ran to Parkrun, raced it, then ran home — and still managed to beat last week’s Parkrun time by 3 seconds 💪🏼 Small improvements still count!
A reminder that fitness isn’t about being perfect every week… it’s about showing up consistently, even when motivation is low.
Just dont quit. Good things are coming ✨️ 😌

Good luck to anyone running the London Marathon tomorrow 🏃♀️ maybe one day I'll run it but right now im enjoying the 5k & 10k running life 😀
