This weeks conversation;
PB or consistency?
If you could choose one for the next 12 months.......smash a new PB or never miss a planned run, which would you choose?

That's a hard one! I've gone between both! Think i'd probably have to go PB though as i'm pretty competitive and goal driven (perhaps a little too much) 😆

Update regarding deliveries; please read.

We are incredibly sorry if our medals are taking longer to arrive than they should, it's frustrating us as much as it is you. Our aim is always to post your medal within 48 working hours from receiving your evidence. However, Royal Mail's reliability to deliver on time appears to be dwindling and they have now announced a new schedule for 2nd class post on top of this.

We have posted below a screenshot of their new information, however you can see more details on https://www.royalmail.com/receiving/the-future-of-letter-deliveries

Our medals are posted 2nd class, as a large letter. We have always recommend allowing 5 - 7 working days as standard from posting for your medal to arrive, however with their new schedule, you may have noticed it could be taking longer. We will now be changing our FAQ page to 7 - 10 working days.

This is not news we want to be sharing with you and we have brainstormed alternative ideas but to change courier/service would mean we would no longer be able to offer free delivery as standard. We are looking at offering a tracked parcel option for a small fee, would this be something that interests you?

All thoughts are welcome and we thank you for your patience.

What’s your funniest running fail?
Wrong turn? Forgetting your watch? Weather? Wardrobe Malfunctions?

Mine was probably forgetting to tape my chest on a very wet and windy race, whilst wearing a white shirt. I don't think anyone looked at my face, just the blood smeared all over the white vest! Lets just say the race photos were stunning as were all of the "post race" ones 🫣
